Robert A. Hodgkiss

Rob joined New York Life in 1998 as a Partner in the Raleigh, North Carolina office. He was promoted to Managing Partner of the Baltimore General Office in 2000.

Prior to his management appointment with New York Life, Rob had a successful career focused on sales and security trading and was a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table. As a manager, he has been awarded the prestigious Vice Chairman’s Trophy Honor, a national award recognizing excellence in new agent development. He has received top honors from the South Central Zone for General Office Case Rate Leader for 2003 and 2004, General Office Award of Excellence 2004 awarded for his leadership in overall General Office production and growth, one of the top managers who attained a consistent general office growth and retention for an unprecedented 4 times, increasing numbers for manpower growth and council agent qualification.

He has been active in industry matters as President of Carroll-Howard Association of Insurance and Financial Planners, Foundation Board Member of Carroll Hospital Center, and chairing committees for Co-Chair Maryland Business Advisory Council and the Welcome Committee at Lifepoint Church.

Rob is a graduate of Elon University and lives in Downers Grove with his wife and three children.
